Store use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must provide accurate information when placing an order and must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorized access.
Products and descriptions
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Minor differences in color, texture, dimensions or appearance can occur because of manufacturing tolerances, photography and display settings. Product availability may change without notice.
Training product notice
PickleJoy training products are sports practice aids. They should be used on a suitable flat surface with adequate clear space around the user. Follow the supplied instructions and use reasonable care. Tethered-ball flight is influenced by the tether and is not identical to live-court play.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency applicable to your selected market. Market-specific prices may differ between countries. Shipping charges, taxes, duties or other amounts, where applicable, are disclosed at checkout.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, delivery restrictions or legal requirements. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the relevant amount will be refunded.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the PickleJoy name, branding, website design, copy and original content are owned by or licensed to 21 Media and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Third-party services
Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, fulfillment, analytics and other service providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order will apply to that order, subject to mandatory law.
